Tzatziki

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt 

  • ½ cup grated cucumber (squeeze and remove excess water) 

  • 1 clove grated garlic 

  • ½ tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp chopped 

  • 1 tbsp chopped dill

  • ¼ tsp sea salt 

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 

Preparation

  1. Whip the yoghurt to make it nice and fluffy. 

  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. 

  3. Enjoy with some cucumbers or pita chips!
