Tzatziki

Ingredients
1 cup Greek yoghurt
½ cup grated cucumber (squeeze and remove excess water)
1 clove grated garlic
½ tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped
1 tbsp chopped dill
¼ tsp sea salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
Whip the yoghurt to make it nice and fluffy.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Enjoy with some cucumbers or pita chips!
