Mongolian Beef w/ Broccoli

Ingredients
500 g beef (sliced)
1 cup broccoli
1 cup green onions (cut into batons)
½ cup dry red chillies
1-2 tbsp chilli oil
5 cloves chopped garlic
2 tsp chopped ginger
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp corn flour
Corn flour slurry (1 tbsp corn flour + 2 tbsp water)
Oil
Sesame seeds
Sauce
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp dark soy sauce
4 tbsp brown sugar
¼ cup chicken broth
Sauté for about a minute and then add the broccoli. Add in the sauce and corn flour slurry and let simmer for about 2 minutes.
Once the sauce has slightly thickened, add the beef.
Stir till the beef is coated with the sauce.
Lastly, add the green onions and mix well.
Garnish with some sesame seeds and serve with jasmine rice.
Enjoy!
Preparation
Marinate the beef with 4 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp of corn flour. Massage well and set aside for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl combine the sauce ingredients and set aside.
In a large wok, heat up some oil and start to fry the beef.
Once cooked, remove from the pan and set it aside.
In another pan, heat up 1 tbsp of oil and start to fry the garlic, ginger, dry red chilli and chilli oil.
