Steak Tacos

Ingredients
Marinade
1 kg steak meat of your choice
3 tbsp lime juice
¼ cup olive oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
6 cloves garlic
½ cup chopped coriander
2 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
¼ cup orange juice
2 tbsp orange zest
Toppings/Assembly
Warmed tortilla wraps
Guacamole
Pico de gallo
Sour cream
Purple cabbage
Feta
Warm up your tortillas simultaneously.
Assemble the tacos by adding the toppings of your choice.
Garnish with the coriander and lemon juice.
Enjoy!
Preparation
Marinade the steak with the listed ingredients and set aside for a minimum of 3 hours.
When ready to cook, heat up a cast iron skillet and cook your steaks till your desired temperature and cover in foil.
Let the meat rest for a few minutes and then cut it up into bite sized pieces.
