The “Zahro” Salad

Ingredients

Dressing

  • ½ cup olive oil 

  • ½ cup vegetable oil 

  • 2 tbsp honey 

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar 

  • ½ tsp cumin 

  • 1 bunch coriander 

  • ½ - 1 lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 cloves garlic (chopped)

Salad

  • Romaine Lettuce 

  • Can kernel corn 

  • Tortilla chips

  • Chopped avocado

Preparation

  1. Blend the salad dressing ingredients in a blender and set aside. 

  2. In a salad bowl add your chopped salad, avocado, tortilla chips and corn and pour the salad dressing. 

  3. Toss the salad and enjoy!
