Ingredients
Dressing
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp zaatar
1 tsp sumac
Salad Ingredients
½ cup parsley (finely chopped)
½ cup mint (finely chopped)
¼ cup tomato (finely chopped)
¼ cup cucumber (finely chopped)
¼ cup quinoa
Fried chips (optional)
Preparation
Add the dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix together to combine.
Add the parsley, mint, tomato, cucumber, quinoa and fried chips.
Toss together and enjoy!
