Stir Fry Bok Choy

Ingredients

  • 300 g bok choy 

  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic 

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce 

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce 

  • 1 tsp sugar 

  • 1 tbsp chilli oil 

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil 

  • 1 tbsp green onions

  • Salt, vegetable oil, sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Heat up a pot with boiling water with salt and a tbsp of oil. 

  2. Blanche the bok choy for 3-4 mins 

  3. In a frying pan heat up some oil. 

  4. Add oyster sauce, sugar, garlic, chilli oil, soy sauce, sesame oil and green onions. 

  5. Cook for 3 mins. 

  6. Remove the bok choy from water and place on a plate. 

  7. Pour the oyster sauce mixture on top. 

  8. Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
