Stir Fry Bok Choy

Ingredients
300 g bok choy
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp chilli oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp green onions
Salt, vegetable oil, sesame seeds
Preparation
Heat up a pot with boiling water with salt and a tbsp of oil.
Blanche the bok choy for 3-4 mins
In a frying pan heat up some oil.
Add oyster sauce, sugar, garlic, chilli oil, soy sauce, sesame oil and green onions.
Cook for 3 mins.
Remove the bok choy from water and place on a plate.
Pour the oyster sauce mixture on top.
Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
