Spicy Lobster Capellini

Ingredients
1 large lobster (cut into small pieces)
6 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
20 cherry tomatoes
1-2 tbsp red chilli (chopped) OR 1 tbsp pili pili
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil / butter
100 gr uncooked capellini or pasta of your choice
½ cup of pasta water
1-2 Tbsp lemon juice
Basil and parsley to garnish
Preparation
Boil your pasta according to package instructions and save about ½ a cup of the water.
In a pan heat up oil and butter and start to cook the onion.
When it’s translucent add the garlic and fold together.
Add the cherry tomatoes, chilli, a little bit of pasta water (abt less than ¼ cup), salt and pepper.
Once the tomatoes have slightly softened add the lobster and cook till they’re ready.
Add in the pasta and toss till combined.
If the pasta is a bit too dry you can add more pasta water.
Adjust the salt and pepper.
Serve with some basil and parsley!
