Ingredients
1 filet of sole fish
2-3 heaped tbsp flour
1 heaped tbsp butter
2 tbsp capers
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Handful of baby spinach
1 tbsp of garlic
2 small potatoes
Olive oil
Fish
Pat dry your fish with a paper towel to remove the access water.
Sprinkle with some salt and pepper and then dust the flour coating it well.
Heat up a pan with olive oil and place the fish on the pan. Flip it on the other side when a nice golden brown crust forms.
Remove and set aside.
In the same pan or another pan, heat up the butter and then add the lemon juice, capers, and parsley.
Plate your fish along with the spinach and potatoes and pour this sauce on top!

Boil the potatoes till soft with a little bit of salt.
