Ingredients
1 cup flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup cocoa powder
170 g unsalted butter
100 g chopped semi sweet chocolate
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp coffee powder
1 tbsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
¾ cup sugar
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 cup chocolate chips coated in flour
Vanilla ice cream to serve
Slowly add the chocolate mixture and mix well.
Now slowly add the flour mixture.
Once combined, fold in the chocolate chips.
Grease a 9 inch cast iron skillet or baking pan.
Pour the batter in the pan and bake it for 20-25 mins.
Serve warm directly in the pan with a few scoops of ice cream.
Enjoy Preparation
Preheat oven @ 350.
Over a double boiler, melt the butter, oil and chocolate.
Once melted, mix in the coffee powder and set aside.
In a bowl, sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Then mix till combined.
In another bowl, mix both the sugars, eggs, yolk, and vanilla.
