Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
Dressing
1 cup Greek yoghurt
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp dried dill
¼ tsp herb de provence
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon
Shrimp
100 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp garlic
½ tsp cayenne pepper
Salad
Romaine Lettuce (chopped)
½ cup canned corn
¼ cup black beans
Avocado
Preparation
Prepare the dressing by mixing the dressing ingredients and set aside.
Marinate the shrimp with garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and cayenne.
Cook the shrimp in some olive oil. Once ready set aside.
In a salad bowl add the romaine lettuce, corn, beans and avocado.
Add the cooked shrimp and pour the dressing on top.
Enjoy.
