Ingredients
2 liters milk
1 can (390 g) evaporated milk
1 can (390 g) condensed milk
80-100 g vermicelli (savaiyan)
¼ cup sugar (more or less to taste)
1 ½ tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp saffron
½ tsp ground nutmeg
3 tbsp crushed almonds and pistachio (mixed)
Preparation
In a large pot, add the milk and bring it to a boil on medium-low heat.
Add the vermicelli.
Add the can of evaporated milk and stir.
Add the condensed milk and stir.
Taste and add the sugar (little at a time)
Let it cook for about 5 mins till it comes to a slight boil.
Add the nutmeg, saffron and cardamom.
Finally, add the crushed almonds and pistachio.
