Salmon Teriyaki

Ingredients
4 salmon steaks
Green onions
Toasted sesame seeds
Sauce
3 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp regular soy sauce
6 tbsp water + 2 more
1 ½ tbsp garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp ginger (chopped)
1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cornstarch
1-2 tsp chilli oil
3 tbsp honey
Preparation
Pre heat the oven to 200^C
In a saucepan, whisk both soy sauces, 6 tbsp water, garlic, ginger, lemon juice and honey.
Once it’s come to a boil, mix the corn starch with water to form a slurry and add it to the sauce pan.
Let it boil for a bit and add in the chilli oil.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and place the salmon in dish.
Rub the sauce on the salmon till well coated.
Bake the salmon in the oven for 10 mins.
Serve with veggies and jasmine rice.
Garnish with spring onions and toasted sesame seeds.
