Ingredients
2 cups chopped tomato
¼ cup chopped red onion
3 tbsp chopped jalapeƱos or green chilli (I used both)
3 tbsp lemon juiceĀ
¼ cup finely chopped coriander
½ tsp ground cumin powderĀ
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Mix well and adjust according to taste!
Enjoy with some tortilla chips or in a burrito bowl!
