Ingredients
2 cups chopped tomato
ÂĽ cup chopped red onion
3 tbsp chopped jalapeños or green chilli (I used both)
3 tbsp lemon juiceÂ
ÂĽ cup finely chopped coriander
½ tsp ground cumin powderÂ
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Mix well and adjust according to taste!
Enjoy with some tortilla chips or in a burrito bowl!
