Peanut Chilli Noodles

Serves 1 person

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce 

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar 

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter/tahini/sesame sauce/peanut butter powder 

  • 1 tbsp chopped green onion 

  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic 

  • 1 tbsp water 

  • 1 tbsp chopped peanuts 

  • Sesame seeds

  • Chilli oil to taste 

  • 80 g noodles

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, peanut butter, green onion, garlic, sesame seeds, water and chopped peanuts. 

  2. Cook your noodles according to package instructions. 

  3. Pour the sauce over the hot noodles and combine till every noodle is coated in the sauce. 

  4. Top with some more chilli oil, green onion, sesame seeds and peanuts. 

  5. Enjoy!
