Pan Fried Lemon Dijon Salmon

Ingredients
2 salmon filets
4-6 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes to taste
¼ teaspoon mixed herbs or fresh parsley
Preparation
Whisk together the lemon juice, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, chili flakes in a bowl and set aside.
Pat down the salmon with a paper towel and sprinkle some sea salt.
Heat up a frying pan with some olive oil and butter and place the salmon skin side down.
Pour some of the sauce on top of the salmon.
Cook the salmon for 4-6 minutes and flip and cook for another 3 mins (depending on the the thickness)
Add some more sauce on the other side of the salmon as well.
When it’s done cooking, add to a plate and pour some more of the sauce on top.
Sprinkle it with parsley and a lemon slice and enjoy.
