Miso Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
1 tbsp miso paste
½ tbsp non-alcoholic mirin or rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
¼ tsp sesame oil
Spring onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Preparation
In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, miso paste, mirin, and sesame oil until well combined.
Grease a baking dish and place the salmon fillets.
Pat them dry with a paper towel.
Brush the miso mixture all over the salmon, cover and let marinate in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Using a paper towel slightly remove the marinade, don’t wash it off (miso burns really fast).
Heat your oven to 200 and bake the salmon for 10-15 mins (depending on size)
Serve with jasmine rice and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
