Tips
It is best to use good quality beef in order to get the best tasting results!
Make rolls with the leftover meat!
Serve with french fries, pilao or paratha.

Ingredients
800 g filet beef (cut into 1 inch cubes)
2 heaping tsp garlic paste
2 heaping tsp ginger paste
2 tbsp vinegar
2 heaping tsp red chilli powder
1 heaping tsp salt
4 tbsp oil
4 tbsp melted butter
Pinch of garam masala powder
Heated ghee
Preparation
In a large bowl add the beef, garlic, ginger, vinegar, chilli powder, salt, oil, butter and garam masala. Mix well and massage the masala into the meat. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. When you are ready to cook add a little bit of oil and mix. Put them on skewers and bbq for 5-7 mins on each side. When it’s almost ready, keep some heated ghee and brush the meat to add some shine. Serve with some imli ki chutney (tamarind chutney).
