Magnolia Bakery’s Banana Pudding

Tips

  • It’s ok if the pudding mixture isn’t too firm, mine didn’t get firm and it still turned out! 

  • If you can find the jello brand just make your own pudding mixture! Lots of recipes on google



Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk 

  • 1 ½ cup ice cold water

  • 1 packet vanilla pudding mixture (Jello brand)  (substitute: make your own vanilla pudding mixture) 

  • 3 cups heavy cream 

  • 5 ripe bananas (sliced)

  • Bunch of vanilla wafers (substitute: plain pound cake) 

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, with an electric mixer the water and condensed milk till they are well combined

  2. Add the pudding mixture and mix again for one minute

  3. Cover and store in the fridge over night

  4. After the pudding mixture is thickened in the fridge, In a stand mixer, beat the heavy cream till peaks are formed

  5. Fold together the whipped cream and the pudding mixture

  6. Keep a large bowl ready (or a bunch of small ones) 

  7. Put the cream mixture at the bottom, then put the vanilla wafers, then the sliced bananas. Repeat the process till you’ve reached the top

  8. Let rest in the fridge for a bit! 

  9. Enjoy!
