Homemade Caesar Salad

Ingredients
½ cup olive oil
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp salt
½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
Juice of ½ to 1 lemon
¼ cup vinegar
1 egg
Romaine Lettuce
Parmesan cheese
Croutons
Preparation
Crack an egg in a bowl.
With an electric mixer, mix the eggs and slowly add both the oils (one after the other) till the dressing thickens.
Add the salt, pepper, lemon juice (start by adding ½ and then add more in the end if needed) and garlic paste and mix well.
Turn the mixer off and slowly add the vinegar and mix it with a spatula. Adjust it according to your taste.
In a bowl, add your chopped romain lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
Drizzle the dressing and mix it well.
Sprinkle some more Parmesan on top and enjoy!
