Ingredients
Sauce
½ cup Mayo
4 tbsp sriracha or to taste
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp ketchup or sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Coating
½ cup flour
¼ cup corn starch
2 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of salt
Shrimp Marinade
500 gram shrimp (peeled and deveined)
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 eggs
Extra
oil for frying
Lettuce (shredded)
Green onions
Sesame seeds
Coat the shrimp in the coating mixture and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
When the shrimp is ready, add it into a bowl and pour the sauce on top till it’s well coated.
Serve on shredded lettuce and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Preparation
Mix the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
Mix the ingredients for the coating and set aside.
Marinate the shrimp with all the ingredients and mix well.
