Crêpes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 ½ cup milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 1-2 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 2-3 tbsp Butter

Toppings:

  • Banana

  • Nutella

  • Icing Sugar

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour eggs and milk until well combined and there are no lumps. 

  2. Cut up the butter into small chunks and add them to the mixture.

  3. Heat up a frying pan or a crêpe pan with a little bit of butter. 

  4. Take a ladle and pour enough ad swirl it around the pan to create a thin layer.

  5. Once the layer is no longer wet, carefully flip the crêpe with a spatula.

  6. Cook the other side till golden.

  7. Spread your favorite toppings and enjoy.
