Serves 10-12 big cookies

Ingredients
2 sticks of butter (each stick is 113 g)
2 tbsp heavy cream
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp salt
5 oz milk chocolate
5 oz dark chocolate
Sea salt (optional)
Preparation
Start by browning one stick of butter on medium heat. Once browned add it to a bowl and add the other stick of butter along with the heavy cream. Mix well. Add the sugars, eggs and vanilla and give it a good mix. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda and salt. Now add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Chop the dark and milk chocolate. Leave some prices big and some pieces small so there is chocolate in every bite. Mix it into the batter and let it sit for 10-15 mins to firm up. Prepare a baking sheet and then add ¼ cup of the batter as each portion of the cookie. Leave overnight in the fridge. Bake at 350 for 15-18 mins! Sprinkle some sea salt if you like! Enjoy!
