Chilli Garlic Edamame

Ingredients

  • 200 g frozen edamame

  • 2 tsp minced garlic

  • 2 tsp chilli garlic paste

  • Flaky sea salt

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil with some flakey sea salt.

  2. Once it bubbling, add the edamame and them for 2-3 mins. 

  3. Drain and set aside. 

  4. In a frying pan, heat up olive oil and start to cook the garlic. 

  5. Add the chilli paste and soy sauce. 

  6. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes, then add the edamame.

  7. Stir well till the edamame is well coated in the sauce. 

  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
