Chilli Garlic Edamame

Ingredients
200 g frozen edamame
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp chilli garlic paste
Flaky sea salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
Olive oil
Preparation
Bring a pot of water to a boil with some flakey sea salt.
Once it bubbling, add the edamame and them for 2-3 mins.
Drain and set aside.
In a frying pan, heat up olive oil and start to cook the garlic.
Add the chilli paste and soy sauce.
Cook on low heat for 2 minutes, then add the edamame.
Stir well till the edamame is well coated in the sauce.
Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
