Chicken Dumplings

Ingredients

  • ½ kg minced chicken 

  • 2 heaped tbsp chopped garlic 

  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger 

  • ½ cup chopped mushrooms (I used shittake) 

  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander 

  • 2 tbsp spoon chopped green onion 

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce 

  • 2 tsp sesame oil 

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar 

  • ¼ tsp white pepper 

  • 2 eggs 

  • Dumpling wrappers 

Dumpling Sauce 

  • Fried garlic

  • Soy sauce 

  • Chilli oil

  • Green onions

  • Coriander 


  1. Pan fry for about 2 minutes and then add 2 tbsp of water and cover for 2 mins. 

  2. Remove the cover and let cook for another few mins! 

  3. Make your dumpling sauce by combing all the ingredients. 

  4. Drizzle some of the dumpling sauce along with green onions, cilantro and garlic on top of the dumplings to serve! 

  5. Enjoy!


Preparation

  1. Place your minced meat in a large mixing bowl. 

  2. Add the garlic, ginger, mushrooms, coriander, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, white pepper and eggs. 

  3. Mix well till all combined. 

  4. Wrap your dumplings. 

  5. Heat up a pan with a little bit of oil and add your dumplings.
