Ingredients
4 oz chopped good quality dark chocolate
4 oz chocolate chips
¾ cup flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
¾ cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
¾ cup butter
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp salt
Preparation
Melt the chopped chocolate in a glass bowl over boiling water and set aside to cool. Melt the butter and let it cool a bit. In a mixing bowl, whisk the butter and sugar. Once it’s combined, add the vanilla and the eggs. Then add the salt and sift in the flour and the cocoa powder. Mix in the chocolate chips and finally, pour the melted chocolate into the batter. Pour the batter into an 8 inch brownie tray and bake it in the over at 350*C for 20-25 mins. Remove it from the oven and let it cool before cutting!
