Baked Brie with Garlic and Rosemary

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Brie (150-200 g)

  • 1-2 cloves garlic (sliced) 

  • 1 stem rosemary 

  • Chilli flakes

  • Melba Toast to serve 

Preparation

  1. Cut lines through the block of brie. 

  2. Stuff the garlic in between the lines 

  3. Place the rosemary on top of the block. 

  4. Bake the brie in the oven at 200*C for 15-20 mins till the brie has a gooey center. 

  5. Top with chilli flakes and serve with melba toast.
