Asian Cucumber Salad š„

Ingredients
600 g cucumbersĀ
1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp chopped garlic
Sesame seeds for garnish
Preparation
Prepare the dressing by mixing together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, salt and garlic.
Prepare the cucumbers by using a knife, rolling pin or heavy object to pound the cucumbers till they crack open.Ā
Chop them up into bite sized pieces and discard the the seed part from the inside.
Mix the dressing and the chopped cucumbers and garnish with sesame seeds.
